Welcome

This is my first post in this section of my new and approved little corner of the internet.

I’m updating my webpage with a new Hugo theme. Its been a long time coming but I finally took the time to look over my options. I quickly found a minimalistic theme called Hello Friend NG that can be found here. It is simple, clean, and comes with everything I need.

I’m also moving the hosting of the webpage from GitHub pages where it was previously hosted over to Codeberg pages. This move is mostly due to the fact that I’m using Codeberg more and more for most of my personal repositories so it is easier to move this webpage also to keep everything in one place.

Hi I’m Linus Fredriksson.

I’m a swedish software engineer currently working in the pipeline team at the vfx studio Goodbye Kansas Studios, a studio known for its work on the tv series Shōgun, the live action version of One Piece, cinematics for Cyberpunk 2077 and Helldivers 2, and much more.

In my spare time I write code and tinker with Linux, I go to the gym, I listen to music (lately a lot of Bad Omens), and I make things using 3d printers and any other tool and material I can get my hands on.

I recently discovered ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Bear Blog. Which is a minimalistic blogging platform where I have been enjoying discovering and reading new blogs. Mostly developer and tech focused blogs, but also blogs covering misc other topics.

Im currently reading "The Wandering Earth" by Liu Cixin. I have wanted to read this since i first read "The Three-Body Problem" which is also written by Liu Cixin and is a amazing book series that I highly recommend.
